Sony Pictures Classics has provided another sneak peek to “Chloe” by debuting new international trailer. Offering a look at many fresh footage, the snippet sees Julianne Moore who hires an escort, played by Amanda Seyfried, to seduce her husband whom she suspects of cheating.

But Chloe’s torrid tales of her encounters with David take Catherine on a journey of sexual and sensual re-discovery, putting her family in great danger.

Romance proved to be a powerful foe for the epic “Avatar,” which has dominated the box office for the last seven weekends. The Lasse Hallstrom-directed romantic drama “Dear John” won the weekend in a big way, grossing an estimated $32.4 million and setting a record for the highest-grossing Superbowl Sunday frame in history.
“Avatar” fell to second place for the first time, dropping a still scant 25 percent to $23.6 million. The James Cameron film has now out-grossed every movie in the history of cinema (as long as we don’t adjust for inflation) with a domestic take of an astounding $630 million.
The other wide release, “From Paris With Love,” didn’t have nearly as an auspicious debut. The R-rated actioner from “Taken” director Pierre Morel mostly drew audiences interested in John Travolta’s turn as an over-the-top, gun-toting renegade CIA operative, yet earned only an estimated $8.1 million.
Much of “Dear John’s” success can be attributed to a successful marketing campaign targeted towards women, who comprised 84 percent of the audience. The movie, which was based on Nicholas Sparks’ novel, was financed entirely by Relativity Media, and distributed by Sony’s Screen Gems division. It bested the previous record held by 2008′s concert film “Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds” which opened to $31.1 million.
Amanda Seyfried nearly turned down her risque role in movie “Chloe” – because the part required her to appear naked onscreen. The 24-year-old star plays the title role in the 2009 film, in which she shares a kiss with actress Julianne Moore – but admits she had to think twice before accepting the job and baring all.
She tells Britain’s OK! magazine, “My publicist and my mother didn’t want me to do “Chloe” because there was a lot of nudity. They were like, ‘I just don’t know about this.’ And of course my agent, Abby, is my right-hand man. Actually, what she feels means more than what I feel because she’s older and she’s an agent. She cares about my career more than I do. And so does my other agent, Sheila. They’re like my dream team. It’s great… Abby said, ‘This is a really, really good role. It’s hard to find at your age.’
She adds, “Julianne Moore came on board, too. I wasn’t going to do it for a while because we couldn’t find the right leading woman. And then Julianne signed up and we were like, ‘This is happening now.’”
Some of the captures contain nudity and are NOT SAFE FOR WORK OR SCHOOL.
Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried are headed to Fort Bragg, NC later this month to premiere their upcoming movie “Dear John”. The pair, along with the best-selling author Nicholas Sparks, will walk a camouflage carpet, sign autographs during a meet-and-greet and premiere the movie on Jan.23 at the York Theater.
Following the meet-and-greet, the first 600 ticket holders in line will be admitted into York Theater for the movie premiere. Tickets will be distributed beginning January 13 at 10 a.m. at the Tickets and Tours office, located in the AAFES Mini Mall and the John L. Throckmorton Library. Having a ticket to the show doesn’t not guarantee a seat. Seats are first-come first served.
“Dear John” tells the story of John Tyree (Tatum), a Special Forces/Green Beret soldier home on leave, and Savannah Curtis (Seyfried), who fall in love. Over the next seven years the couple is separated by John’s deployments and stay in contact by sending a continuous stream of love letters.

Julianne Moore has a teary makeout scene with Amanda Seyfried in the upcoming thriller “Chloe.” Seyfried, last seen on “Big Love” and kissing Megan Fox in the flop “Jennifer’s Body” plays a temptress hired by Julianne Moore’s character to try and seduce Moore’s husband Liam Neeson, to see if he would cheat.
The French-subtitled version of the trailer has leaked online and is below, which includes Seyfried walking naked, Moore ripping open Seyfried’s blouse and the aforementioned makeout scene.
“Chloe” is the movie Neeson was filming when his wife Natasha Richardson passed away last year.
This trailer is NSFW or NSFS. It contains nudity.

I’ve added some behind the scenes pictures and production stills of Amanda to our gallery. In the pictures you will also see Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore.
Chloe Synopsis: Catherine (Julianne Moore) and David (Liam Neeson), she a doctor, he a professor, are at first glance the perfect couple. Happily married with a talented teenage son, they appear to have an idyllic life. But when David misses a flight and his surprise birthday party, Catherine’s long simmering suspicions rise to the surface. Suspecting infidelity, she decides to hire an escort to seduce her husband and test his loyalty. Catherine finds herself ‘directing’ Chloe’s encounters with David, and Chloe’s end of the bargain is to report back, the descriptions becoming increasingly graphic as the meetings multiply. Chloe is released March 19, 2010.
Also, I wanted to let everybody know that there is a new layout up made by the talented Mel @ turnbackthesun. Thank you Mel for making us a great layout for our website.
“Chloe”, directed by Canadian Atom Egoyan, was premiered at the London Film Festival. Starring Julianne Moore, Amanda Seyfried and Liam Neeson, the film is a remake of French film “Nathalie” by Anne Fontaine.
The plot involves a wife (Moore) who hires a call girl (Seifried) to “present herself” to her husband (Leeson) in order to prove that he is unfaithful to her. Icky. Even more icky when the two women launch into a series of tasteless skin flick scenes themselves.
Moore looks haggard, Neeson haunted and Seifried unhappy – and that’s just the trailer.
Worse, everyone is aware that this is the film that Neeson was shooting when his wife died earlier this year making the subject matter even more distasteful. (Neeson did not attend the premier.)
Established stars Neeson and Moore are expected to survive catastrophic reviews and a straight to dvd release. As for starlet Seifried, the news that Mamma Mia 2 is on the way must be the only compensation for appearing in such a rotten-tomato release.
Chloe will be released in France and the Netherlands next March. No other releases are on the horizon.
Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried has confirmed there are plans for a follow-up to the hugely successful movie.
The actress, who played Sophie in the musical, has denied knowledge of a sequel in the past. However, she has now suggested that there are serious talks underway about releasing a second film.
She told Newsbeat: “I’ve been talking to some insiders and it’s not something that they haven’t been working on. I don’t actually know anything other than that.
“I know it’s still going to be Abba music, because what else would it be. Come on, I wouldn’t do Mamma Mia 2 without Benny and Bjorn.
The 2008 film version of the West End musical grossed more than half a billion dollars worldwide.
Seyfried, who’s currently promoting new movie Chloe, admitted that she was slightly intimidated by some of her co-stars on Mamma Mia! who included Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth.
She said: “I’ve got to say that was a big cast. It was so much fun that nothing was very serious on that so it was a completely different type of project.
“Maybe it would give me an opportunity to not be intimidated by Meryl any more. Especially because now after doing Chloe I feel so much more capable than I’ve ever felt before.
“If I go back I’ll probably have enough confidence in myself to not be so intimiated by anybody.”
However, the 23-year-old admitted that they all had fun on the Greek Island set.
She said: “I think we all had the best time and we all got along so well. It was like some days it felt like we were just people on vacation.”
“I will do it. And I know Meryl’s game as well, so bring it on. It will be so cool.”
