“It’s a wrap!” Final filming of the new movie “In Time”, due out in October 2011, just recently completed filming. Screenwriter and Director Andrew Niccol, most known for “Gattaca” 1997 , “The Truman Show” 1998 and “Lord of War” 2005, has out done himself with this action thriller. Among the cast of stars are: Justin Timberlake, Olivia Wilde, Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy.
The movie takes place in the future in a world where the aging gene has been isolated and you stop aging at age 25. But there is a catch; you are engineered to die after 1 year. The only way to live is to earn more time so the new currency is life. The rich amass decades and basically become immortal, while the poor scrape and beg for enough time to live another day. There’s murder, there’s romance, and the action never stops.
A new up and coming star was added to the movie to create the image that the director had for his world. Advantage LED worked closely with veteran set decorator Karen O’Hara, who was recently awarded an Oscar at the Academy Awards for her work on “Alice in Wonderland”. The director had a vision and Karen made that vision come to life with the assistance of Advantage LED. Many of the scenes in the movie incorporate electronic displays for buses, bus stops, and shop windows all moving and scrolling a variety of messages and video.

Garth from DarkHorizons.com tweeted a couple of title changes for a pair of upcoming films.
Andrew Niccol’s upcoming film starring Amanda Seyfried and Justin Timberlake was originally titled the clunky I’m.mortal, it was then titled Now, which would have been an impossible title to Google search without adding a ton of additional search terms.
The 20th Century Fox feature has been given the still rather ambiguous title of In Time as it tells the Logan’s Run-esque story of a society in which aging stops at the age of 25 and the rich are immortal, while the rest struggle to stay alive.
When a rebel (Timberlake) from the ghetto is falsely accused of murdering a wealthy man for his time, he is forced to go on the run with beautiful hostage (Seyfried). Together, this duo rages against the system, living minute to minute. They discover that love is more powerful than all the time in the world.
The film is due on October 28 of this year and co-stars Cillian Murphy, Olivia Wilde and Bella Heathcote.

Robert De Niro is to star alongside Diane Keaton in Gently Down the Stream, directed by Justin Zackham.
It has been confirmed that De Niro will be working with Zackham once again in this new indie comedy centered around a wedding. The two previously worked on The Bucket List and they are planning to continue what they’ve started in this new film.
In this new movie, De Niro and Keaton will play a long-divorced couple that are pretending to still be married as they attend their son’s wedding, says NY Mag. The two then realize that acting like you’re married can be a bit difficult when you’ve been divorced for so long.
It looks to be a pretty good comedy with such an all-star cast lineup. Other actors that have signed on to be a part of the movie include Katherine Heigl and Amanda Seyfried, reveals Hollywood.com.
Zackham spoke of his excitement for the film when he said that it would be a funny, adult, character-driven story. Fans of Zackham’s work will be delighted on the return of De Niro as they look forward to Gently Down the Stream.
